Karel Music Expo was set up by the Vox Day Organization in the Cagliari area in 2007 in a mutual exchange with Europe and the world.

The format offers global but not globalised culture and independent music in a series of concerts, installations, films and meetings dedicated to a theme that makes each edition different.
